What does a cafeteria need for its POS and online ordering?
Counter, online and table in one POS
A cafeteria or snack bar receives orders at the counter, online and sometimes at the table. With iButler you enter counter orders on iButler Kassa. Customers order online via your own order link and at the table via the QR code. All these orders arrive in the same POS.
Tickets per section
Each dish goes to the receipt printer or kitchen display of the section that prepares it, such as the fryer or the grill. You decide which dishes come out of which printer. Takeaway and delivery orders print automatically, also on multiple printers.

At the counter you take payment with a payment terminal or with the Tap-to-Pay app on your phone. Wappstars supplies payment terminals, to rent or to buy. If the internet goes down, the POS, kitchen display and payments keep working and iButler syncs afterwards. You adjust the menu, prices, staff and printers yourself in iButler in the cloud.

What happens if the internet goes down on a busy evening?
The POS, kitchen display and payments keep working in offline mode. Once the connection is back, everything syncs automatically.
