At the bar, you ring up orders on iButler Kassa. Each order goes to the receipt printer or screen of the department that prepares it.

Via your own order link, guests order for takeaway or delivery and pay online straight away.

On the terrace, your staff take payment with the Tap-to-Pay app on their phone, or with a payment terminal. Guests who order via the QR code pay themselves with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or credit card.

Which POS system suits a restaurant or café?
Ordering via QR, tablet or staff
A restaurant or café receives orders in different ways. With iButler, guests scan the QR code on the table and order together on one bill, without an app. Guests without a smartphone use a fixed tablet on the table. Staff take orders on the handheld, which can do everything the POS can. Everything arrives in iButler Kassa, with the same menu and prices.
From order to kitchen and bar
Each dish goes automatically to the department that prepares it, on a receipt printer or a kitchen screen. Drinks go to the bar. You decide which dishes print on which printer.
Paying at the table and on the terrace
Guests who order via QR pay themselves with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or credit card, together or each separately. Staff take payment with the Tap-to-Pay app on their phone or with a payment terminal. Wappstars supplies payment terminals for the counter, the table and the terrace, as well as business wifi.
Takeaway and delivery without commission
With iButler Takeaway & delivery, guests order via your own order link and pay online straight away. No app is needed and you pay no commission per order. The order arrives in iButler Kassa. An integration with Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats is coming soon.
Getting started, price and POS
Installation takes place within 1 to 5 working days, including training. You pay a fixed amount per month. iButler Kassa connects to iButler QR. Prefer a Lightspeed or Spont POS? We also supply those, in combination with iButler.
Frequently asked questions.
Restaurants and cafésDo guests need to download an app?
No. The menu opens in the browser as soon as a guest scans the QR code. Your takeaway order link also works without an app.
Can I combine QR ordering with table service?
Yes. Guests order themselves via the QR code or the table tablet, your staff with the handheld. All orders arrive in the same POS.
Can I take payment on the terrace?
Yes. With the Tap-to-Pay app on your phone or with a payment terminal. We also supply payment terminals, as well as business wifi.
Which payment methods do guests have via QR?
iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and credit card. A table can pay together or each separately.
Do I pay commission on takeaway orders?
No. For iButler Takeaway & delivery you pay a fixed amount per month. No percentage is taken from your orders.
Does it work with Thuisbezorgd or Uber Eats?
Not yet, the integration with Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats is coming soon. Your own order link already works.
Can I use my own tablets?
Often, yes. iButler runs in the browser, so a tablet or phone you already have can often be used. We check in advance whether your devices work. You can rent or buy new hardware.
What does iButler cost for a restaurant or café?
A fixed amount per month. On the pricing page, choose Restaurant or Café or bar to see an estimate.
