About All You Can Eat

How does an ordering system for All You Can Eat work?

Rounds, time limits and maximums per person

With All You Can Eat, guests order in rounds. An ordering system for All You Can Eat applies the rules the business sets, such as the maximum number of rounds, the time limit per table and the number of dishes per person. iButler automatically records per table when a round starts and ends and when guests can order again.

Ordering via QR, table tablet or handheld

Guests scan the QR code on the table and order with their own phone, without an app. Guests without a smartphone use a fixed tablet on the table. Staff take orders with the handheld, on any device with a browser. The same rounds and limits apply to all three.

From the table to the right kitchen section

Dishes go automatically to the right section, such as sushi, grill, wok or dessert. The kitchen screen shows orders and rounds per table as soon as they come in. You print kitchen tickets per section in Dutch, English or Chinese. That is how iButler is built for businesses that serve hundreds of dishes a night.

Installation and training in three languages

Installation takes place within 1 to 5 working days, including training. Training is available in Dutch, English or Chinese. You pay a fixed amount per month. iButler Kassa connects to iButler QR. Prefer to work with Lightspeed or Spont? We also supply those POS systems, in combination with iButler.
