About iButler Kassa

What is a POS system for hospitality?

One system for the floor, kitchen and administration

With a POS system for hospitality you enter orders, send tickets to the kitchen and bar, and take payments. iButler Kassa brings orders, payments, stock, tables, reports and staff together in one system. The POS runs in the cloud. If the internet goes down, it keeps working and syncs as soon as the connection is back.

Ordering via POS, handheld, QR or table tablet

Your staff enter orders on the POS or take them at the table on a handheld. Guests order themselves via the QR code on the table or via a fixed table tablet. Everything goes into the same POS, with the same menu and prices, and on to the right receipt printer or kitchen screen.

Built for All You Can Eat and Asian kitchens

For All You Can Eat, the POS applies the rules you set per table, such as the number of rounds, the time limit and the maximum number of dishes per person. This works the same whether guests order via QR or table tablet or staff take the order on a handheld. Dishes go automatically to the right kitchen department and the kitchen screen shows the rounds per table. You print kitchen, bar and counter tickets in Dutch, English or Chinese.

Quick start, fixed amount per month

Installation takes place within 1 to 5 working days, including training. Training is available in Dutch, English or Chinese. You pay a fixed amount per month. Wappstars also supplies payment terminals. Prefer to work with Lightspeed or Spont? We also supply those POS systems, in combination with iButler.
