At a beach pavilion or on a large terrace, staff walk a long way from the POS. With the iButler handheld, staff take the order at the table and it goes straight to the bar and kitchen. The handheld can do everything the POS can and works on any device with a browser. Guests can also order themselves via the QR code on the table, without an app.
Pay at the table, even without wifi
Wappstars supplies payment terminals with a built-in receipt printer, wifi and 4G with a SIM card. The battery lasts a full working day. If the connection drops, the terminal stores payments and sends them later. You can also take payments with the Tap-to-Pay app on your phone. Guests who order via QR pay themselves with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or credit card.

Drinks go to the bar, dishes to the kitchen, on a receipt printer or a kitchen screen. If the internet goes down, the POS, handheld, QR ordering, kitchen screen and payments keep working. As soon as the connection is back, everything syncs.

Does the payment terminal battery last a day?
Yes, a full working day on one charge.
Can guests on the terrace order themselves?
Yes. They scan the QR code on the table, order on their own phone and pay themselves with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or credit card.
How does the bar keep up when it's busy?
Drinks go to the bar's printer or screen, dishes to the kitchen. Each section only receives what it needs to make.
Does everything keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. The POS, handheld, QR ordering, kitchen screen and payments keep working in offline mode. Afterwards everything syncs automatically.
Do I have to buy handhelds?
No, you can also rent them. And because the handheld works on any device with a browser, a phone or tablet you already have can often be used too. We check this in advance.
